About The Role: The Bridge Clinic is seeking a qualified and experienced Fertility Doctor ( Part Time/Full Time ) to join our dedicated team.

This role is essential to delivering high-quality patient care in line with Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) standards.
You will play a key role in guiding patients through their fertility journey, providing both medical expertise and compassionate support.
Key Responsibilities: 1.
Patient Consultations: Conduct thorough assessments, discuss fertility treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring patients fully understand their options and all information is presented in an empathetic and clear manner.
2.
Fertility Procedures: Perform fertility treatments such as Egg Collection, Embryo Transfers, and sperm retrievals, adhering strictly to HFEA protocols to maintain patient safety and care quality.
3.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all treatments and patient interactions comply with HFEA standards, including consent processes, data security, and ethical guidelines.
4.
Clinical Leadership: Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support ongoing improvements in patient care, quality assurance, and clinic operations.
5.
Patient Education and Support: Provide clear, supportive information on fertility options, treatment processes, and risks, in alignment with HFEA guidelines on informed consent and patient rights.
Essential Requirements: 1.
Medical Qualifications: MRCOG or equivalent, with specialization in reproductive medicine and/or fertility treatment.
Be on the Specialist Register for Obs and Gynae.
2.
Experience in Fertility Medicine: Previous experience in IVF, assisted reproductive techniques (ART), and managing complex fertility cases is highly preferred.
3.
Commitment to Ethical Standards: Deep understanding of, and adherence to, HFEA regulations, including patient consent, data privacy, and ethical standards in fertility care.
4.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to provide compassionate care, understanding the sensitive nature of fertility treatment, and to communicate effectively with both patients and team members.
