IAM Governance Analyst
Whitehall Resources are looking for an IAM Governance Analyst. This role is hybrid working with 2-3 days based onsite in Cheshire for an initial 6-month contract.

Job Description:
* You will work with the IAM team in the UK whilst partnering and collaborating with the global team across IAM, wider CSO and other business units.
* Work closely with IAM Control Leads, IT System Owners, Chief Controls Office, as well as the clients internal and external audit partners to assess current environment and architect the future state to drive IAM controls across the firm.
* Develop artefacts to support the delivery (survey, strategy, decision diagrams, solution sheets, etc.).
* Assist during IAM Controls Testing, internal and external audits/regulatory engagements (incl. evidence request facilitation)
* Conduct risk reviews from an IAM perspective.
* The applicant will also have the opportunity to contribute to several other work streams in support of other CSO strategic initiatives (e.g., Privileged Access Management & Threat Hunting, Time-bound Access Management & User Behaviour Patterns, Risk Based Recertification & Frictionless Access, etc.).
* Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise-wide Risk Management Framework and internal Policies and Standards.
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
* Strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
* Strong communications skills (verbal and written) in articulating the problem statements and the risks involved
* A team player with strong interpersonal skills
* Prior experience in customer facing roles and focus on continuously improving customer experience
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Identity and Access Management Control Environment
* Knowledge of tools such as Request, OneCert, CyberArk, Breakglass, etc.
* Knowledge of using toolsets like ORAC/SORT for issue management
* Knowledge of using toolsets like Oracle/SQL Developer for data extraction
