Passionate about quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry! This opportunity is for you if you have experience in investigations and complaints. Reporting to the Team Leader, the Specialist is responsible for carrying out all activities related to investigations, complaints and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to commercial products. Secondly, he/she is also responsible for reviewing and approving Artwork proofs and mock-ups, while acting as a consultant during the development process as required. He/She advises stakeholders, participates actively in problem-solving and works closely with the Regulatory Affairs Department.
Skills and qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in chemistry or biochemistry
- Min 3 years of experience in investigations and complaints in the pharma industry is mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of GMP
- Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory
