We are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to work with our client on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells. *This location can not be reach using public transport, therefore you will need to have your own vehicle* This is a full-time permanent position. Salary: £25,000 DOE. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm. Main Responsibilities: Daily reconciliation Managing the accounts department email box Checking nominal codes and resolve any outstanding issues. Checking and monitoring purchase ledger Accurately enter supplier invoices into the accounting system. Ensure invoices are matched to purchase orders and delivery notes where applicable. Handle discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders or delivery notes. Prepare payment runs, ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices. Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details. Maintain accurate and organised records of all transactions. Due to our clients location, you will need to have access to your own vehicle.
