As a member of the team, you would have “carte blanche” to achieve your goals and fulfill your mission with the added support, network and knowledge of everyone else.HEAD OF COMPLIANCE AT WOORTONWorking closely with Woorton top management and B2C2 Group, you will be part of the 15-members B2C2 Compliance Team. As Woorton’s Head of Compliance, you will be responsible for all compliance matters across the company:Referent to the French regulators and different authorities (AMF, ACPR, TRACFIN, DGT, CNIL, etc.), as Woorton is registered as a VASP;Coordination of any foreign regulatory filings;Development and implementation of the compliance policy (including ongoing assessments), control policy, financial security policy and anti-fraud policy. Verification of the effectiveness of the systems put in place;Ensuring overall compliance with the requirements and obligations prescribed by the AMF and ACPR authorities, in particular compliance with the regulations on the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism;Recommendations to improve the company’s systems, controls and processes;Functional guidance of the team on internal control and compliance issues (RCCI);Management of monitoring logs and other records necessary for evidentiary efforts;Rigorous risk control at the heart of the investment process, with a particular focus on identifying, quantifying and analyzing the risks inherent in the management;In-depth investigation with the use of crypto tracking tools in case of suspicious transactions;Regulatory monitoring and implementation of new regulation (eg. MiCA).We are looking for candidates with:A successful experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a compliance department, ideally acquired in an asset management company approved by the AMF or in an RCCI consulting firm (experience in the banking and finance industry)Good knowledge and interest in digital investment solutions and cryptocurrenciesExperience in the crypto ecosystem, Fintech or asset management would be a plusFluency in French and English required, another language would be a plusVery good oral and written expression skillsThis position is based in the Paris office.
