Recovery Practitioner Location: Liverpool Salary: £24,000 per annum Job Type: Fixed Term Contract up to 31st March 2025 Offering an excellent benefits package, a friendly and supportive team, and opportunities for professional and personal development, we are looking for an individual to work in our Brink of Change Team running the programme other initiatives. The Forward Trust are a leading provider of Community Rehabilitation Services across Liverpool. What you will be doing Working within a community-based setting at The Brink, SHARP and other partners within Liverpool, to proactively engage with and deliver support to drug and alcohol users. This includes delivering brief interventions, psycho-social group, abstinence focused work, structured treatment programmes, interpersonal groups ,1-1’s and wellbeing interventions. You may be required to manage a small caseload, provide appropriate harm reduction advice and guidance, carry out assessments, and devise care plans. You will signpost clients to the wider treatment system and local support agencies depending on need.
