The role – what is it we would like you to do?  As a bid executive, your core duties will involve supporting company-wide bids to win and retain work from new and existing clients, including: Oversee delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer-defined timeframes Manage process and inputs from stakeholders, typically involving other bids team members, fee-earning consultants and support functions focused on timely delivery of compliant, compelling and client-focussed bids Steer process and contributors in planning, preparing and submission, driving compliance, and quality Comply with and endorse adherence to established process and protocols throughout Champion best practices in document management and version control Produce initial draft from precedent content for review and input by others Manage edits, iterations, and creation of graphics Ensure adherence to quality standards, brand guidelines and corporate visual identity. Proofreading and final production and compliance checks ahead of submission Lead the UK bid call and undertake other duties in the absence of the UK and Europe bid managerWhat skills and attributes are we looking for from you  Proven experience in managing complex bids, ideally in construction, consulting or professional services Successful track record of winning and retaining work Excellent written and spoken English Excellent project management and organisational skills Competent in Microsoft and Adobe suites Typically degree educated A-level in the English language Accredited to APMP foundation level preferable About The Company Why choose Currie & Brown?
