The products we build aim to facilitate our clients' lives by providing them with cloud products that enable them to optimize their network architecture and serve all of their data storage needs.Consequently, our clients do not have to build their infrastructure from scratch and can focus their resources on their added value: building their core business apps!As of today, the Network and Storage tribe embeds different types of products, including Load Balancer, Network Edge products, Private Network, Objects Storage and Block Storage. Not to mention all the products that still need to be built to extend our ecosystem!Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for managing a team of Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers in the Network and Storage ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesManagement:Coach and manage a team of Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers of various seniority in their daily job and careerIdentify pain points and opportunities to help them in their operational dutiesTake on the role of acting PM/PMM when neededProduct Leadership:Articulate a product vision and strategy with the team (on both Network and Storage areas of cloud computing) to guide your product perimeterOwn the P&L of each of the products in your scopeCollaborate with and drive Engineering and Operations on the deployment and rollout of new Network and Storage productsAbility to be an ambassador for product management internally and externallyLead by example, values servant leadershipProduct Ops:Improve the product team processes when needed and drive the implementation of the solutionContribute to Product Management and Product Marketing best practices inside and outside the teamMinimum qualificationsMore than 10 years of experience in Product Management (Discovery, Delivery, clients Interviews, crafting a product strategy and implementing it)Experience developing and/or using cloud products and servicesProven management experience, as well as experience on coaching/mentoring to make individuals and teams shineAbility to articulate a clear strategy on a product scope and evangelize it internallyTenacity and proactivity to carry the product team and drive the implementation and deployment of new product and servicesGreat communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Very good command of EnglishPreferred qualificationsDemonstrated track of setting OKR-driven objectivesExperience with Product Marketing methodologies and collaboration between Product Management and Product MarketingExperience with Network and/or Storage productsLocationBased in our offices in Paris or LilleHiring ProcessA screening call 45 mins with the TAMTeam Interview with Victor RAMIRO and Jon REGUEIROTeam interview with Pavel LUNINCXO Interview Manager Interview 45 minsHR Interview 45 mins Si vous ne vous voyez pas cocher toutes les cases, n'hésitez pas à postuler tout de même.
