Intent of the process The intent of this process is to staff one (1) bilingual imperative CBC/CBC position on an indeterminate basis. No pool will be established from this process. The position is currently based in Sudbury, ON. The successful candidate will be required to relocate to Sudbury as part of the job requirements if they are not already located there.

Information you must provide In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications) Education:
A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization in accounting, finance, business administration, commerce or economics and experience related to positions in the Financial Management Group; AND possession of a recognized professional accounting designation (CPA).
Experience:
EXP1 - Significant experience (2 full fiscal years of a budget cycle) in resource management and budgeting, the management of corporate finance, including corporate reporting, and accounting operations.
EXP2 - Significant experience in providing strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on complex financial and management issues.
EXP3 - Significant experience in managing human and financial resources.
If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications) Asset Experience:
• Knowledge of the government-wide financial budgetary cycle.
• Knowledge of Federal Grants and Contribution Programs.
• Experience liaising with Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS), Department of Finance, Privy Council Office (PCO).
• Experience developing or playing a challenge function on Cabinet documents (Treasury Board Submissions, Memorandum to Cabinet, Federal Budget Submission).
