Accounts Receivable Specialist

About Our Client:

Our client is seeking a professional Accounts Receivable Specialist with 2+ years of Accounts Receivable Experience. This position is full-time and a hybrid position in Toronto, Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily bank reconciliations
• Resolve collections through customer payment plans
• Resolve account discrepancies
• Process accounts receivable transactions including adjustments and payments
• Assist with annual audit processes
• Ad hoc projects

Qualifications

• An Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance
• Pursuing CPA designation is an asset
• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable Experience
• Experience working in a Real Estate Industry
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Yardi experience is required
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills- both oral and written.
• Strong team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
