Job Description
Windsor Forest College Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant - Academic Learning Specialist to join the BCA team on a term-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for enabling students to access the curriculum as fully as possible, supporting them to work towards their desired outcomes, and achieving their learning goals and potential.
Working under the direction and supervision of the Curriculum Director, Programme Manager, and lecturers, the Learning Support Assistant - Academic Learning Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.
