**Supply Chain Team Member**

Join our team to balance inventory and service levels through intelligent forecasting accuracy, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient stock supply.

Our Supply Chain team is responsible for minimizing inventory, maximizing client service levels, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires collaboration with partners, forward forecasting, and a commitment to excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Communicate key information to colleagues through internal platforms
  • Understand customer requirements and offer advice and solutions to meet expectations
  • Monitor and check accurate invoicing to ensure correct revenue
  • Liaise with suppliers and brands on requirements and collaborative forecasts
  • Interpret data to inform actions for stability of stock supply
  • Accurately forecast customer demand and translate into Netstock for use by the wider business
  • Work with brands to minimize excess stock and improve service levels
  • Apply focus to pricing integrity of products in current supply and new line listings

**Requirements:**

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working with an ERP
  • Good level of customer service
  • Previous experience working within a supply chain team

**What's On Offer:**

  • Salary: £26,000 per annum
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
