Fundraising, Communications and Supporter Manager

Our client a homeless charity based in Canning Town is currently seeking a Fundraising, Communications and Supporter Manager to cover a Maternity Contract. Reporting to the Head of Fundraising and Communications you will provide direction and manage the team responsible for brand, communications, events and fundraising through individual giving, legacies, community and corporate partnerships. The requires the following responsibilities: * Develop the charities brand on an ongoing basis, in collaboration with the Chief Executive and senior leaders, to ensure it is serving the charity as it grows and helps to achieve strategic goals. * Identify stories and opportunities to increase brand awareness. * Input into organisational development plans, working closely with the Strategic Management Team. * Manage the work of direct reports, agreeing and setting objectives, targets and deadlines. About you: * Experience in planning and delivering fundraised income growth. * Brand management experience. * Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships at all levels and with key stakeholders. * Agility to move across various functions and areas of responsibility.
