The Salary will be subject to regular review based on annual performance Vacation: 10 days per year Language of Work: English Job duties: Lead Generation: identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns and other lead generation techniques Qualification: assess customer needs and qualify leads based on established criteria to determine their potential as sales opportunities Product Knowledge: develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services and effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers Relationship Building: build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner Sales Closure: close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets Collaboration: collaborate with the sales team, drafting and production departments, and other stakeholders to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals Market Research: stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge Job Requirements - Skills requirements: + 1 year of experience in a Technical Sales related position Post Secondary Education degree/diploma. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Read and understand drawings, knowledge of climate-controlled environments and materials used. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset with good work ethics Excellent time management skills to create good customer experience.
