A research and development organisation are seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician to join their team and help maintain our state-of-the-art facilities, including cutting-edge research labs. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations across various systems, from electrical and mechanical to plumbing and HVAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments.
  • Collaborate with contractors for finishing projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Experience in high-quality finishes such as marble, granite, and wood.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Commitment to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications preferred).
  • Proven experience in facility maintenance, especially in lab environments.
  • Familiarity with GxP environments is a plus.
