HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR lead who wants to be a part of a huge growth plan with a large manufacturing organisation. As the Head of HR you will have a responsibility to deliver HR operations services to the business, ensuring that all processes and procedures are actioned accurately and in a timely way to support the delivery of organisational objectives. Ideally you will have: Experience of effective challenging and influencing at middle/senior manager level. HR Generalist experience. Working in a standalone role Proven experience of working to deadlines and the ability to prioritise effectively. Good oral and written communications. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience of working with HR systems. Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). The role involves working over Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm with flexibility required to meet the needs of the business (3 days in office).
