This role works with various departments to ensure a plan is in motion to improve the customer's journey. You will work to balance multiple aspects of projects, from trial journey, project design to actual implementation. This person will research advanced technology regarding best practices in the field and seek to find cost-effective solutions.YOUR VALUEProviding detailed specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involvedPartnering with sales to facilitate a consistent and high quality trial journey with prospective customersCreating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the teamEstablishing a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their collaborationAnalyzing current technologies used within the company to develop and improve processesCreating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, tutorials, sample code, and other resourcesWorking alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiativesStaying up to date on blockchain industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvementYOUR EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCEExperience working with APIs as well as developing IT and cloud infrastructureAdvanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processesExtensive knowledge and experience working with various operating systemsExperience with software engineering, customer experience and design architectureUnderstanding of best practices regarding system security measuresProfessional work experience in analyzing computer hardware and softwareAbility to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project planKnowledge and experience in Python, Jupyter notebooks, SQL, R etc.Background in crypto and cryptoassetsProject development and leadership skills are preferredExperience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI is preferredMaster's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering is preferredLIFE AT COIN METRICSCoin Metrics is a dynamic and fast-paced organization with a global team.
