Support Worker

Reliant Carers are urgently recruiting for Support Workers. Our new client has several residential homes in your area supporting residents aged 18 to 65 years who have Complex Needs. You will work across all of the Residential settings making a real difference to our client and the lives of the people they support.. The Role Your priority will be empowering the people you support to live an independent life. • Everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning. • Personal care and hygiene. • Going into the community for shopping or other trips. • Their social life Everyone we support is an individual, so their care is as unique as they are. Experience Support Workers will need: * Six months experience in a Support Worker role * Exposure to Complex Needs and challenging behaviour * The ability to build quick relationships with the resident Qualifications * NVQ Level 2 is desirable however Support Workers with experience are welcome to apply. * Care Certificate is essential * Candidates must be willing to undertake our face to face and E-Learning training as part of your induction We can offer full and part time work and can offering a variety of shift patterns to suit your needs.
