Housing Maintenance Manager

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Housing Maintenance Manager on an initial 6 month contract.    Housing Maintenance Manager 6 month contract Full time – 2 days from Bristol, 3 from home    The successful candidate will have previous experience leading the compliance across a service ensuring safety.  Within the role you will oversee the repair, continuity, improvement and maintenance of all building services, the installation and servicing of heating and hot water systems and lead on the transition to new forms of heat and energy generation.  Key duties – Lead teams to deliver all building and compliance services to meet outcomes required in Housing Investment Plans, and legal / regulatory standards. Develop and implement delivery strategies and plans, commissioning services and contracts with partners, suppliers and departments, managing change to meet new service requirements Technical consultant lead for gas, electrical, legionella and lift compliance, driving compliance and safety across the service, accurate reporting through governance pathways    This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established organisation with potential for contract extension
