This role will be responsible for building a high-performing sales team and workforce while nurturing a strong company culture that supports the fast-paced nature of our service offering.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in HR, talent acquisition and learning and development, preferably within the aviation or logistics industry. Proven success building winning teams by recruiting specialized talent and leading learning initiatives across a global operation.Job DescriptionTalent AcquisitionLead end-to-end recruitment efforts for aviation and logistics roles with a focus on identifying, tracking and recruiting high performing sales staff to support our growing sales team. Build a pipeline of highly skilled professionals in aviation, logistics and support services through strategic partnerships, networking and industry events.Collaborate with leadership to understand and fulfill the company’s talent needs, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and corporate culture.Develop employer branding strategies to position Momentum Solutions as an industry leader and attract top-tier talent globally.?Learning and Development:Design and implement employee onboarding and training programs that enhance employee performance.Assess current and future skills gaps, working closely with department heads to develop customized training solutions that address the unique challenges of the aviation and logistics industry.Promote continuous learning and professional development through mentoring programs, certifications, and cross-functional workshops.Monitor and measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven adjustments to ensure ongoing improvement.HR Management:Oversee HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor regulations.Ensure the seamless onboarding of new employees, embedding them into the company culture while meeting operational needs. Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and job satisfaction in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.Serve as a key advisor to leadership on organizational design, culture, and workforce planning to support the company’s global operations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.5+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, and learning and development, preferably within the aviation or logistics industry.Proven success in recruiting specialized talent and leading learning initiatives across global operations.Strong knowledge of labour regulations, safety and compliance practices in high stakes environments.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Innovative problem solving and negotiation skills.Driven, self-motivated, hardworking, flexible working hours. Valid Passport – Ability to travel anywhere.Committed to professionalism, honesty, accountability, respect and ethical conduct.Flexible Language RequirementAdditional languages are a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for global travel A dynamic, collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and leadership.
