Paediatric Nurse

Paediatric Nurses ProHealth are seeking experienced and dedicated Paediatric Nurses to join teams within an established client based in the Preston area.This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about paediatric care and looking for diverse experiences and flexible assignments. Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive nursing care to children and adolescents in various healthcare settings. * Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and perform treatments and procedures as required. * Monitor and record patients’ conditions and progress, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. * Support and educate families on the care and treatment of their children. * Collaborate with paediatricians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. * Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. * Adhere to the policies and procedures of each assignment location. Qualifications and Experience: * Registered Nurse (RN) with a specialization in Paediatrics and a current NMC pin. * Minimum of [X] years of experience in paediatric nursing. * Strong clinical skills and experience in providing care to children of all ages. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to adapt to different healthcare environments and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. * Compassionate and supportive approach to patient care. * Proficiency in using electronic health records and other IT systems
