As a Strategic Account Executive, you are responsible for refining and executing our sales strategy in France. You will be part of our EMEA Enterprise Sales Team (5 Account Executives today) and participate in acquiring and developing customers across multiple verticals.At 360Learning, the Strategic Account Executive role is 100 % sales oriented and your goal is to help 360Learning acquire new logos. You will work on a named territory basis (companies above 10.000 employees) and will be in charge of building your pipeline and closing the deals. But, you will not work alone! You will be supported by teams of experienced BDRs, Sales Engineering, and other internal experts to help you drive the sales cycle to the finish line. Collaborating with these teams will be instrumental to succeed in your daily work. You will report to the VP of Enterprise Sales.Within 1 month, you will:Learn more about Convexity, our working environmentMeet the global team through virtual coffee meets Understand our product and value proposition through training and the onboardingLearn our sales processes, tools and frameworksDiscover your territoryWithin 3 months, you will:Successfully tier your portfolio and start working on strategic accountsDemonstrate a high level of leadership by being diligent, thorough, and making a positive impact during every sales engagementStart creating a pipeline to ensure successWithin 6 months, you will:Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and generate new revenue, by closing new business opportunities with Enterprise Clients (+10 000 end users or employees)Continuously encourage and develop discipline in the sales team concerning updating the CRM timely and with high-quality informationCollaborate with the Sales Engineering and BDR teams to accelerate sales opportunitiesWithin 12 months, you will:Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales objectivesAccurately forecast on a weekly and monthly cadence to meet and exceed quotasGenerate new ideas to improve overall business performanceThe Skill Set:8+ years of Sales experience in a B2B environment working with large accounts Previous experiences working in the SaaS industrySuccessful track record of achieving your targetsExpertise in executing successful sales strategiesStrong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive resultsA growth mindset and a life-long learning attitudeNative French and fluent English proficiencyEnthusiasm for our Convexity culture, explained here: https://bit.ly/Convexity_360LWhat We Offer:Compensation: Package includes base salary, a variable component and equity Benefits/Perks: Work From Home stipend, RTT, lunch vouchers, medical insurance, gym subscription, 1 month parental leave for the second parent.Balance: Flexible hours, full remote work possible anywhere in France Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: We have 6 active ERGs including Mental Health, Environmental/Sustainability, Women, Parents, LGBTQIA2S+, and Ethnic Diversity.
