Due to the securing of new contracts and growth, the company is looking to add a highly motivated Health & Safety Advisor to the team. In this role you will be part of a tight-knit team, working directly with a company Director who will aid you in becoming an expert within the field. Responsibilities include identifying and assessing risks, implementing group safety standards, monitoring H&S compliance, along with promoting new initiatives and training programs. The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH Construction qualification, along with 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with experience conducting risk assessments, internal audits, and near-misses. Any experience with company training is beneficial but not essential.
