Our client are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to join their sales team, preferably someone with a background in wholesaling or sales into wholesalers. While experience in the lighting industry is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding accounts within wholesale customers by: * Building relationships with Wholesale Branch Managers, Buyers, and Trade Counters. * Implementing monthly visit plans to ensure all customers are engaged regularly. * Identifying and targeting upcoming project opportunities. * Supporting wholesalers in promoting your products to their customers through training and product guidance. * Collaborating closely with local contractors to enhance the perception of our client's brand. You will also prepare monthly reports and present your findings to colleagues at divisional sales meetings, sharing insights on customer developments, new initiatives, and ideas. This position is field-based, aimed at managing a designated set of trading accounts and increasing their gross profit turnover with our client.
