  • 5+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields
  • Experienced in Heavy Industrial Machinery Project Management
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
  • Experience working with a team
Duties / Responsibilities
    Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and under budget
  • Support the development of the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal and external participants
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress including resource requirements. Communicate progress on a regular basis to all participants
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedules and budgets obtaining appropriate approvals as required. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools including: Microsoft Project, Open Issue Matrix, Excel and various finance tools
  • Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Liaise with engineering to develop scope detail, schedules, internal and job site contingencies
  • Support and maintain relationships with the customer and third parties/vendors
  • Meet with clients to clarify specifications and define requirements of each project
  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Ensure that correct resources are coordinated for the installations including: personnel, equipment, rentals, hotels and other tools as required
  • Ensure that personnel have the required training/certification for the project
  • Liaise with shipping department to guarantee that all materials are delivered to job site on time
  • Plan provision of all required tools, rentals, etc. as required and coordinate with customer as appropriate
  • Identify and address quality issues and shop-to-site, company-to-customer, and design-to-performance problems
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Must be able to travel freely to the United States.
