This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in project management, particularly within the manufacturing or industrial sectors. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams across Europe to ensure the successful deployment and integration of smart field services solutions. This is a fully remote position, with occasional travel as required.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution:Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and field service teams to ensure alignment with project goals.Oversee the end-to-end implementation of smart field services solutions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.Stakeholder Management:Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders across Europe, including senior management, technical teams, and field service personnel.Facilitate regular communication and reporting to stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.Ensure all project activities align with the strategic objectives of the organization and meet the requirements of a highly regulated environment.Team Leadership:Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful delivery of project milestones.Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting best practices in project management and smart field service implementation.Quality & Compliance:Ensure that all project deliverables meet the quality standards and regulatory requirements of the manufacturing industry.Collaborate with compliance and regulatory teams to navigate complex regulations and ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the field services domain.Capture lessons learned and contribute to the development of best practices for future projects.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sectors.Proven experience managing projects in a highly regulated environment.Strong understanding of smart field services, IoT, and related technologies.Experience working with global teams and managing projects remotely.Skills:Excellent project planning and organizational skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, particularly within manufacturing.Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.Working Conditions:Fully remote role, with the flexibility to work across multiple time zones.Occasional travel within Europe may be required for key meetings or site visits.Contract Details:Initial contract of 6-12 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.Competitive daily rate, commensurate with experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
