Payroll Manager

Payroll Managers with previous experience leading the full-cycle function at a mid-sized organization, including processing payroll, new hires, terminations, benefits and more, this is the job for you! You will be working alongside a payroll coordinator, who will enter data once you review and approve the timesheets, calculations and other information for submission to ADP. You will have experience processing high-volume payroll for unionized employees, working with a governmental agency and strong communication skills. You will be working directly with stakeholders, vendors, and other departments to ensure accurate data entering. This long-term contract job opportunity is 4-days on-site at the clients downtown Toronto location. They have a modern workspace and some flexibility with the hours of work – give or take 1-hour each day. They also provide some snacks at the office and a collaborative work environment. The job opportunity will require experience with ADP Pay@Work and other ADP, or Ceridian experience.
