Designer and Artwork Manager

The role: * We are looking for a Designer and Artwork Manager to support across Product and Shopper Marketing, supporting the Marketing team with packaging artworks, brand visual guidelines and development of assets. * The Designer and Artwork Manager will lead on Product design, including front of pack design changes, upgrading back of pack messages and creating pack shots (optimising imagery for digital use). * Support Shopper Marketing in POS asset development and shopper activation. * Develop key visuals and support with website layout. * Project management is an important part of this role – we need someone who can ensure the smooth delivery of all design and artwork within the business. * Finally, as a key member of the Marketing team, the Designer and Artwork Manager will work closely with other team members, to ensure Marketing goals are achieved. Ideal candidate: * Passion for food! * Solid project management skills * Strong attention to details * Experience with Adobe, including PhotoShop, AfterEffects, Illustrator, Lumen5 and InDesign * Proven success in developing artworks and brand visual guidelines in fast paced environments * Communication skills: great written and oral communication skills for content writing Salary and benefits: * Salary is pitched c£50-60k with bonus opportunity and wider benefits * Office based in Central London with c3-4 days expectation in the office Please send your CV using the form on this page, quoting reference 6/17150/7.
