Exciting Opportunity for a  Team Leader in Swindon area.  6-Bed Residential Home for Young People Aged 5-18 £25,000.00 - £27,500.00 per ann with Company Pension Scheme, Study Support, Bonus. 40hours aweek with flexible for night shifts. We are looking for a devoted Team Leader to join our dynamic team and help us achieve this mission. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care. Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person. Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for residents and staff. Provide hands-on support with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and social activities. Monitor and document young people's progress, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. Support effective multi-agency working and positive relationships with staff, the local community, local authorities, other professional agencies, and significant others involved in the young person's life. Conduct training and development sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Promote and encourage the participation of young people in the decision-making process of the home and the wider community, and assist in seeking information and advice from appropriate sources.
