Security Systems Engineer

SECURITY SYSTEMS ENGINEER (Fire & Security Industry) We are currently looking for a Security Systems Service Engineer for corrective and preventative maintenance visits. Key Accountabilities * Call outs & On Call cover * Maintenance * London travel/work required Salary: Expectations can be matched (BOE) Skills and Abilities * Experienced at installing security systems with speed and accuracy * Strong communication skills * Report writing * The ability to review site plans * The ability to meet deadlines * Proven problem solver * Can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to change * Working efficiently under limited guidance * Punctual and conscientious * Full UK car driving license * Self-improvement, the ability and aptitude to learn new systems * An understanding of IP and networks Desirable Experience: 1. A minimum of 3-year experience working on the following * Access Control * Door Entry * CCTV * Intruder Alarm 2. ECS certified 3. Carrying out site surveys with sales team for quotations 4. Installing door furniture on a variety of door types (e.g. wood, metal and glass) 5. Integrating multiple systems e.g. hardwire link access control and intruder alarm 6. Installing to NSI standards 7.
