If you're passionate about mobile development and have a desire to grow into leadership, this could be the perfect next step in your career.Key Responsibilities:Lead Mobile Development: Play a key role in architecting and developing cutting-edge mobile applications using React-Native.Full Mobile Release Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end mobile app development process, from initial design to release on both iOS and Android platforms.Cross-Platform Collaboration: Work closely with our product, design, and backend teams to deliver a seamless user experience.Mentor and Guide: Offer mentorship to junior engineers, elevating their skills and ensuring best practices are followed.Contribute to the Full Stack: Although the role is primarily focused on mobile, full stack development experience (Node.js, GraphQL, etc.) is a plus.What You'll Need:5+ years of experience in React-Native development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications.Experience with the complete mobile release lifecycle (design, development, testing, release, and maintenance).Native iOS and Android development experience (Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin) is highly preferred.Familiarity with full stack development is a plus (though not required).Strong understanding of mobile performance optimization, app store submission processes, and versioning best practices.A desire to grow into leadership and help shape the direction of our mobile engineering efforts.PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which include a candidate's background and experience, in determining salary for a position. Compensation will vary based on these factors, but PTC anticipates the salary range for this position to be between $170,000 - $190,000. The actual pay may be lower or higher depending on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location and may also include the opportunity to earn a discretionary bonus.
