The successful candidate will be a technical, hands-on architect with extensive experience in data migration projects. This role will require deep technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of data migration specialists.Your Role:Data Migration Strategy and Planning:- Develop and execute a comprehensive data migration strategy for the S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.- Create detailed data migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Technical Leadership:- Lead and manage a team of data migration specialists, providing technical guidance and support.- Ensure adherence to data migration best practices and standards.Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL):- Design, develop, and implement ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading into S/4HANA.- Utilize SAP Data Services, SAP HANA, and other relevant tools and technologies.Collaboration and Communication:- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand data requirements and business processes.- Provide regular updates and reports on data migration progress, issues, and risks to project management and stakeholders.Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:- Identify and resolve data migration issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines.- Conduct root cause analysis for data migration failures and implement corrective actions.Preferred:Data Quality and Validation:- Implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.- Conduct data reconciliation and validation activities to confirm successful data migration.Data Analysis and Mapping:- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify data sources, data quality issues, and mapping requirements.- Define and document data mapping and transformation rules between legacy systems and S/4HANA.Language competency:- Fluent in French and English.Overview:Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
