TBM PLC Electrical Engineer (USA, LA)

We are currently looking for a TBM PLC Engineer to join our team for the Clear Water Project in Los Angeles, United States.- Project: Sewer tunnel. Clear Water Project.- Estimated length: 12 months - In general, when the project ends, we try to place the candidate in other projects to give him/her continuity.- Responsibilities:Experience in Herrenknecht machine will be very valuable.Troubleshoot, repair & installation of low and high voltage control systems for TBM equipment.Assist in maintaining TBM documentation for existing and new equipment.Troubleshoot and identify operation problems with PLC and related TBM components.Assist with TBM start-ups and operational checkouts on system including configuration, wiring, calibration, grounding and power testing.Diagnose cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of equipments.Ensure components and support system complies with all standards and regulations.Repair & replace defective components.- Requirements:A minimum of 5 years of experience as a TBM Electrician in similar projects.Experience with Herrenknecht machines (valuable).- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, rotatory 8-hour shift ((A) 6:00 to 14:00, (B) 14:00 to 22:00, (C) 22:00 to 6:00), 40 hours weekly.-Benefits:22 paid vacation days+ 5 working days of sick leave (100% salary).Local health insurance.Vehicle, gas, and phone are provided.Note: The description and conditions hereby indicated are intended to describe the general nature of the job developed by employees, but are not a complete list of responsibility, duties and overall competence required by the personnel.
