To achieve our goals, we are recruiting a commercial director for France, leading the commercial strategy in the country.What will I be doing?Design, deploy and manage sales and account management strategy across our industries and segments - Enterprise, Mid-market, SMB and long tail / self-sign up.Define all components of country strategy: vision, positioning, USP, pricing, GTM, targets, etc.Define topline business plan and achieve ambitious topline goals with 60% of new account (sales) and 40% on farming.Lead key discussions with senior management of key prospects and accounts (C-suite of mid/large cap companies).Grow portfolio profitability through effective negotiation strategy and ancillaries; prevent churn in a highly competitive environment.Streamline organization and operating model, define and monitor team's KPIs, and manage end-to-end commercial ROI.Coach and develop teams with profiles of SDRs, Account Executives and Account Managers.Provide targets, design strategy and manage key interfaces with Tech / Product roadmap, Enablement, Marketing, Partnership, and Operations.Represent the FR organization externally: Public Affairs, Public Relations, key events.Manage the FR Paris Office culture and workspace: commercial teams but also all global teams sitting there (tech, marketing, operations, HR, finance…).What do we need from you?8+ years of experience, amongst which a good part in commercial role, either in sales or account management.4+ years of team management and 2 with at least 2 layers.B2B experience mandatory, ideally in comparable environment (scale-up, LBO small-cap, restructuring) and product (tech, platform, SaaS).Enterprise Sales or Account Management experience mandatory.Full fluency in French & English and strong oral & written communication, both internal and external.Ability to build deal strategy, map key stakeholders and sell to C-level.Ability to build account strategy, map key stakeholders and build strong relationships with clients senior executives.Strong negotiation skills and methodology with track record to prove it.Ability to manage team with diversity of profiles and skills and build an engaging and high standard working culture.The stuff you wanna knowTicket Restaurant by Swile (€13 daily with 60% paid by the company).Stuart Academy, offering a wide range of upskilling and development opportunities.Stuart is putting Mental Health Awareness first!
