Make an impact with our Consulting – Human Resources team as a Consultant. This diverse team of professionals develops innovative and practical HR solutions for our clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll integrate human resources considerations and expertise into clients’ strategy, structure, systems and processes.

Responsibilities
- Propose, plan and deliver consulting engagements with a focus on organization and people services in the private and not-for-profit sectors
- Adhere to project plans and coordinate project logistics with the team
- Conduct detailed research and data collection, interviews, focus groups and surveys
- Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and consolidate results to provide meaningful conclusions and recommendations
- Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop
- Support client implementation of new processes and tools
- Develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations and other correspondence
- Support the design and development of high-quality deliverables including engagement letters, reports, policies, HR programs, presentations and other correspondence
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
Skills and Experience
- Post secondary degree in Human Resources Management or other related field
- CHRP or other related designations or certifications are considered an asset
- 2 to 4 years of human resources experience in a Coordinator/Generalist role
- Consulting and client-service experience considered an asset
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
