You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.Your key missionsThe Global Data Team has the mandate to drive data at scale by owning the data tech strategy and providing innovative building blocks for success at Pernod Ricard.By this mandate, the Global Data team ensures consistency, efficiency, scalability, and value generation to achieve its area transformation programs. An armed wing of PR ambition to become a Conviviality Platform.Integrated into the Global Data Team, the Data Hubs Lead will be part of the Data Management & Governance team. She/He will:Be responsible for Data Hubs from the strategy definition to the implementation and internal adoption to bring maximum value, consistency, scalability, and efficiency to Pernod Ricard.Work closely with Data Hubs sponsors, data stewards/owners, and data consumers to make Data Hubs a success and a key foundation for the digital transformation of each business department.Be responsible for making our data common, understandable, trustable, and usable by everyone to allow Pernod Ricard to be a data-driven company.Manage external resources and closely work with stakeholders to boost performance and achieve better results.Role and responsibilitiesYou will initiate strategy and top management awareness:Lead awareness and promotion of Data Hubs initiative to top management & transformation offices.Impulse, drive, and support business in their Data Hubs initiatives to be more data-driven.Define Data Hubs standards and framework to be common and replicable between Data Hubs.Embody Data-As-A product and self-service data approach in each Data Hub initiative.Lead audit to understand the current situation & business ambition to confirm the value of having a new Data Hub for a specific data domain/data family.You will lead and/or oversee Data Hubs implementation:Define business & technical specifications to qualify and evaluate data maturity and complexity of implementation of a Data Hub.Secure technical implementation of Data Hubs capabilities with an agile mode.Secure Data Hubs organization once live in terms of technical run and future evolution consideration.Support IT PM in the decommissioning of superfluous data flows to converge to Data Hubs.You will lead communication, define and monitor Data Hubs initiative adoption:Actively and proactively communicate Data Hubs initiatives strategy & roadmap at all levels of the organization.For each Data Hub, define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) around users' adoption and across affiliates.Lead community animation and maintain close relationships with Data Hubs stakeholders.Define adoption program to avoid black box effect of Data Hubs.You will federate Data Hubs team, manage external resources and create external network:Secure the organization of Data Hubs teams around products and services and make it evolve according to its roadmap.Ensure communication within products & services teams.Manage external teams & budgets.Make sure that teams deliver at the right costs, schedule, and quality.Develop and maintain an external network of peers, consultancies, and editors to keep abreast of market developments.If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply!You have a bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from Engineering/Business School/University, with a minimum 7 years of experience in data positions, with significant experience in data management and/or governance, preferably in an international context.You have a strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, influencing style.You have an ability to evolve in a changing environment with “grey” areas, you are multi-tasking, and have the ability to prioritize.You are proactive in solutions building, autonomous & reactive.You are open-minded, creative, and able to promote diversity and identify diverse talents.You are fluent in English and French.Tools & technologies & certification:DAMA certification is a plus.Master Data Management tools: Semarchy is a plus.Data Governance tools: Data catalog, business glossary, data dictionary.Data Quality tools: DQM, data matching, data profiling, data lineage.Data Viz Solutions: PowerBI is a plus.Data tools (understanding): Storage (AWS, Snowflake), processing (Python/R).PM & support: JIRA projects & service desk, Trello, Confluence, Remedy Force, Asgard.Job Posting End Date:Target Hire Date: 2023-02-13-08:00Target End Date:About UsPernod Ricard is the No.2 worldwide producer of wines and spirits with consolidated sales of €8,448 million in FY20.Created in 1975 by the merger of Ricard and Pernod, the Group has developed through organic growth and acquisitions: Seagram (2001), Allied Domecq (2005), and Vin&Sprit (2008).
