Operations and Logistics Executive Hertfordshire Up to £35,000 The Company A founder led brand that has an award-winning range of salon quality luxury hair products supplying D2C and to retailers around the globe, the brand is growing and onboarding new retail partners, they also offer a fun and dynamic working environment for their team. What will you do as an Operations Executive? * Order processing and fulfilling orders for retailers via our UK/ European and USA warehouse. Overseeing daily order fulfilment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation. * Arranging shipments to our overseas warehouses * Liaising with our production facilities to ensure stock is maintained and ordered in on time. * Liaising with warehousing and releasing B2C orders and ensuring a smooth and friendly service for our web customers. * An understanding of compliance and regs for different regions * Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfilment to meet operational goals. * Reporting weekly on fulfilment and performance KPIs What will you need as an operations executive? * Beauty Industry experience ideally within operations * Experience of managing order fulfilment ideally internationally * Used to dealing with 3PL providers globally * Experience using Shopify and Excel What’s on offer? * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays * Team building nights out * Product discount * 2 days’ work from Job Number: 8223
