Assistant Planner - New Build

Exciting opportunity for Assistant Planner to work with a Leading Affordable Residential Contractor/Developer based in East London! We are looking for an Assistant Planner to work with a leading developer on an exciting new build high-rise project in East London. You will play a crucial role in supporting the planning process, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the project stays on track. Our client is working on a multi-phased scheme in Dagenham consisting of high-rise RC frame apartments which in total will deliver 4000 units over 15 years. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules. * Collaborate with site teams and senior planners. * Monitor progress and report on key milestones. * Identify potential delays and propose solutions. Requirements: * Experience in construction planning, preferably on high-rise projects. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Proficiency in planning software (e.g., Asta Powerproject, MS Project). * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will be split 3 days on site and 2 days in head office in Essex. A driving license will be necessary due to location of project.
