This team of 14 people is responsible for ensuring the consistency and reliability of financial information with a dimension around data quality control and in particular BCBS 239 requirements. As a financial controller, you form the second line of defense, in conjunction with Natixis' Risk and Compliance team. Your role includes reporting to the finance department, implementing financial internal controls, and supporting the oversight of financial risk management within the finance department. On a daily basis, you are responsible for: Conducting tests and controls on various themes provided for in the audit plan, collecting and keeping audit documentation in internal files; Evaluating "best practices" and make relevant suggestions; Meet with key stakeholders to validate findings and monitor corrective actions; Prepare structured and summary reports for management; Develop data analysis to participate in the transformation of the financial controller business by proposing the optimization and implementation of new permanent controls. Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us! With a higher education in accounting or finance, you have at least 4 years of experience in control professions (audit or internal control related to finance). You are familiar with: IFRS and financial instruments; Control methodologies. You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, you are: Curious and adaptable, accustomed to working in a changing environment and with a variety of contacts; Organized and on time; With a good mind of synthesis allowing you to make reasoned proposals on complex topics and support their implementation.
