Job Description:

• Teach and train others in farming and tractor operations
• Develop and deliver training programs for agricultural professionals
• Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees

Key Requirements:

• Experience working in a farming or agriculture environment
• Strong knowledge of tractors, diesel engines, and farming machinery
• Ability to develop and deliver training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:

• Competitive salary range: £33,000 to £35,749
• 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
