Electrical Data Centre?Shift?Technician – Continental Based in Hertfordshire at a state-of-the-Art Data Centre £51,200 + 10% Annual Bonus (Bonus paid in full last 4 years ) Excellent Staff Retention – Great progression for the right people Good Overtime Opportunities – Minimum of 22 Shifts a Year Private Healthcare personally and for the family Company Pension Scheme – 5% both parties 22 Days Annual Leave Salary Sacrifice Electric Car Scheme after 6 months.    We are currently seeking an additional proactive Critical Electrically biased Shift?Technician?to be based at a?large?Data Centre in?Hertfordshire, working directly with the Data Hosting Company. The complex is known to have a very friendly atmosphere and can boast above average “Staff Retention Levels” to the envy of their close competitors. You would be working within a specialist Critical team you would be based at a state-of-the-art?technical?Data Centre that offers an excellent modern and clean environment to work within.   This is an opportunity not to be missed?with easy?travel?access out of the heart of London. “With the Current global uncertainty” This role is worth a potential “Market Leading Salary of £56k incl. Bonus”, plus opportunities to boost this further with overtime.   Electrically qualified?engineers can?come from a Critical background or other Engineering maintenance environments, such as Pharmaceutical, Power stations, Banking, Industrial or Maritime engineering. Candidates should ideally have completed an apprenticeship or have equivalent time-served experience within M&E maintenance environments.
