Responsibilities Project Coordination Coordinating drawings Coordinating work specific scope / trades Conducting trade quote reviews – verify material quantities, verify hours, verify rates Participating in project meetings Conducting deficiency walks Inputting / Updating deficiency logs Issuing warranties Taking / Coordinating progress photos Updating field drawings Producing as-built drawings   Field Coordination Performing quantity takeoffs Coordinating sub-trade work Verifying site conditions and coordinating with drawings Supervising sub-trade work Setting-up / Maintaining record keeping Layout site lines and grades using total station Coordinating onsite logistics of material and equipment In-field production tracking Implementation and daily tracking of a Quality Management plan   Scheduling: Updating project schedules Creating manual schedules Creating and updating schedules using Primavera P6 software Obtain scheduling information from sub-trades Creating and maintaining graphical scheduling using AutoCAD Monitoring workforce productivity Qualifications Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle is required. Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior field construction experience will be considered an asset. Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting.
