Property Manager - NW London (Hybrid) up to £45k We’re working with a long-established, independent, multi-disciplinary Property Management firm based in NW London. Specialising in the management of high quality Freehold and RTM/RMC Blocks in London they now require an additional Property Manager as follows: * Working office based (in NW London) to start, moving to a hybrid model once settled (visiting sites as required throughout) * 2-3 years Block Management experience, ideally coming from a stable and progressive career background * TPI qualifications beneficial but not essential, they can be supported in post if desired * Ideally used to managing a wide variety of London developments from settled new builds to historic mansion blocks * Undertaking the full range of duties from budgets to major works with strong in-house inter-departmental support * Portfolio comprises 10 sites (in close proximity) totalling c400 units, all in good order with cooperative clients and excellent financials. * Our client is known for its transparency and cost effectiveness, often saving leaseholders considerable sums on communal costs.
