Property Manager - NW London (Hybrid) up to £45k We’re working with a long-established, independent, multi-disciplinary Property Management firm based in NW London. Specialising in the management of high quality Freehold and RTM/RMC Blocks in London they now require an additional Property Manager as follows: * Working office based (in NW London) to start, moving to a hybrid model once settled (visiting sites as required throughout) * 2-3 years Block Management experience, ideally coming from a stable and progressive career background * TPI qualifications beneficial but not essential, they can be supported in post if desired * Ideally used to managing a wide variety of London developments from settled new builds to historic mansion blocks * Undertaking the full range of duties from budgets to major works with strong in-house inter-departmental support * Portfolio comprises 10 sites (in close proximity) totalling c400 units, all in good order with cooperative clients and excellent financials. * Our client is known for its transparency and cost effectiveness, often saving leaseholders considerable sums on communal costs. The suitable Property Manager will be quality focused and efficiency driven Salary for the successful Property Manager will start at up to £45k and rise with length of service and responsibility.
