Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate weekly sales reports and tracking support.
- Work with the team on customer procurement.
- Design sales presentations and wrap reports.
- Order entry of client contracts
- Work with the team on account receivables and credit applications.
- Assist with research (RAB, Radio Connects)
- Assist with customer inquiries and be a liaison with traffic and creative departments.
- Collaborate with the team and help with organizing client events.
- Backup reception when required.
- Update station information and SharePoint.
- Assist in Reputation Management for our channels.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
- Graphic design experience in Photoshop will be considered a strong asset.
- Proficiency in the use of office equipment
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
- Can work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be self-motivated.
Essential Requirements:
- Amazing organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous sales support experience is an asset.
- Great attitude and play well with others.
- Valid driver’s license and clean drivers abstract.
