This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our outstanding team at a school located in Northampton. Key Responsibilities: Providing tailored support and assistance to students with SEN, including Autism and behavioural needs, both in and out of the classroom. Collaborating closely with teachers and SENCO to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioural strategies. Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported. Assisting with the personal care and well-being of students as required.Requirements: Six months of SEN experience in the UK. Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools) are preferred but not essential. A strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy and a positive attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Relevant qualifications in SEN supportBenefits: Competitive salary and benefits package.
