This role involves teaching Mathematics across all key stages, with time allocated for lesson planning and marking. The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and a passion for inspiring students to achieve their full potential in Maths. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students across Key Stages 3 to 5. Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment. Manage classroom behaviour and student engagement effectively. Participate in the planning, preparation, and assessment of student work. Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the ongoing success of the Maths department. About the School: This mixed Secondary school in Fareham serves students aged 11 and above, with a total enrolment of around 800. The school has a strong reputation in the community and is known for its supportive staff and commitment to student success. Onsite parking is available for staff members. The Ideal Candidate Will: Be a committed team player with a collaborative approach. Have a proven track record of raising student attainment in Maths.
