- Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion including subcontractor management, budget and cost management, schedule tracking and mitigation plans, design reviews and conflict identification, and support of the project's safety, environmental and quality programs.
- Work closely with multiple superintendents in your respective roles.
- Provide leadership to junior team members, and support the team’s on-going development and progression.
- Maintain accountability for field costs and forecast costs to complete; and implement cost control procedures.
- Perform drawing and specification reviews in order to provide clear and coordinated plans to be implemented in the field.
- Ensure project procedures and controls are implemented by all personnel.
- Lead project meetings with internal and external parties.
- Understand and oversee document control functions, including tracking and creating of RFI's, and transmitting and tracking of submittals.
- 7+ years of civil construction experience, including earthworks, wet utilities, highway/road, staging, landscaping.
- You have a working knowledge of construction scopes and activities, scheduling, project management and contract software.
