Job Purpose: The HR & Payroll Supervisor performs activities related to payroll service providing for clients. He/She supports the company to achieve the company goals, working in compliance with all TMF procedures and standards. He/she will be responsible for supporting and guiding the team, delighting our clients, as well as optimizing processes and systems supporting the growth. As a Supervisor she/he will also recruit, train, coach, monitor and organize the work and evaluate the performance of the team. Key Responsibilities: Client-relationship role : Provide leadership in customer relations;Ensure any type of communication (telephone, e-mail, mail) in a perfect way in terms of responsiveness and reliability with the customer and the organizationsConducting meetings and conference calls with clients Team supervision : Shares any valuable information concerning his/her team members (issues, escalations, absences of any kind, holidays…).Time management: checks accuracy of employee time reporting and workload (timesheet).Manage, lead, and evaluate his/her team members,Share knowledge and payroll techniques to the team : train them according to the company principles and regulatory rulesParticipate in the selection of joiners, welcome them, train them, and guide them; Production : Acting as back-up for the salary productionsManage the onboarding of the new clientsPerform all recurring and unusual work on a file, compliance with the collective agreement, updating as labour law evolves.
