Full-time, office-based role Temp to Perm We are recruiting for several customer services, and office professional positions in the North Manchester / Oldham area, all focussed on technical customer services. You will be working as a CCTV Operator: * Reviewing CCTV Footage of vehicles in bus lanes, box junctions, band turns, etc * Review footage ensuring vehicle reg is correct * Note that the vehicle is in contravention, then accept or discard the clip based on what is noticed The company is a large national business that employs thousands across the UK. You will be given lots of training and support to do your role in a supportive environment. The company prides itself on having a positive and engaging work culture, winning multiple awards. * We have immediately available positions with interviews taking place on Friday 11th October. * We have inbound customer service-focussed work with some data entry. * You will be answering customer queries and answering service lead queries. * The role is Monday - Friday with occasional weekend shifts (Sat or Sunday) * Working hours for 2 weeks initial is 9am-5pm, then similar hours on a full time basis (8-4/9-5pm) * You will receive full training and support from an existing team. * This is an office-based role, not a hybrid/home-based. This role is to start immediately on Monday 14th October on a 3-month temp-to-perm basis. We are looking for reliable people, who have some experience of Contact Centre / Office / Customer Service work experience - we are flexible as it’s more about the person and your 'can-do’ attitude and willingness to learn. Working within CCTV would be advantageous. We have long-term temporary contracts or temp-to-perm contracts available.
