Role Title: Guidewire TesterWork Location: Waterloo, Ontario, CanadaPossibility of remote work: No| Hybrid: 2-3 day’s work from officeContract: Fulltime/PermanentJob Description:Skills and Responsibilities: Experience working in an Agile environment Strong knowledge on Guidewire Suite of Applications (like Policy Center, Billing Center and Claims Center) Candidate must have experience in Quality Assurance and Tools (JIRA) of at least 6 years Experience in Requirement Analysis, Test Design, Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Case/scenario preparation, Test data Preparation, Test Case Execution, Defect Reporting & Documentation. Candidates should have previous experience working on Agile/Dev Ops teams & projects Guidewire Certified Associate or Specialist Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn quickly, promote a positive team environment, and exceed expectations with minimal supervision Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities Manage time efficiently and deliver with accuracy Reporting and analysis with Microsoft Excel Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Roles and Responsibilities: Work with business subject-matter experts to understand business functionality and Story requirements, and design and document effective test strategies, plans, and test cases Lead a team of associates to ensure planning, execution and reporting are matching the project/program timelines. Interaction with the client to send test reports for each release, be the point of contact for SIT and UAT defects and participate in requirements and test meetings.Qualifications and Skills:Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills
